The Bar is the club’s third room and what first greets clubbers to Sankeys from all over the UK and beyond, welcoming them to a sound track provided by some of the club’s leading labels and budding club nights.

Sankeys also offers its own cinema at the back of the club, an extra room which forms part of the club’s diverse range of spaces.

It should not be forgotten that during the summer – and for those unable to make it to Ibiza – Sankeys has its very own beach behind the club. Arguably the only venue to do this in the world – and quite certainly the only in the UK – Sankeys again took an inspired turn to offer a little patch of sandy, palm-kissed paradise in Ancoats.
